By placing an order with us you are agreeing to our terms, conditions and policies. No part of our website or images may be copied or used in any way without prior permission from ourselves. Nor may our products themselves be copied in any way.
You agree you have read the items descriptions so know what it is you are purchasing and understand that each handmade item will be slightly unique and marks of the wood, minor painting or manufacturing flaws are part of this and not deemed to be damage or a defective product.

Privacy Policy
When you use the contact us web form, send us an email or place an order you are consenting to us having and using your details for the necessary running of this business. We only ask for the information we need to fulfil our service to you and we do not use or store your details for any other use other than the carrying out of this business and what is necessary for it to do so. Your details are only shared with a third party for the purposes of fulfilling your order as instructed (for example postal services).
If you are a customer or have used our web contact form to be added to our mailing list and no longer wish to receive emails from us then please email us to say so and we can remove you from our list.
Cookie Policy
Cookies are used on our website in order to gather site traffic information and to fulfil certain aspects of the customer website experience for instance remembering the shopping cart contents and fulfilling orders. We do not use cookies in any other way other than for these purposes.
Returns Policy
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase please let us know and you may return it to us at your own expense within 14days of receipt in its original condition with label attached and original packaging for a refund, this must be received by us within 14 days of the request to return.
If you receive the wrong item or the item has arrived with you damaged in any way please let us know by email within 14 days of receipt and return it to us within 14 days and we will either offer to exchange the item or refund the full amount including the return postage within 14 days of receiving the item back.
