FAQ

WHAT SHIPPING DO YOU OFFER?

For now shipping is Great Britain addresses only (England, Wales and Scotland unfortunately we cannot sell to Northern Ireland) using Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs at cost of £3.39 for regular items and £2.70 for small pieces.  We also give the option for 1st class standard £3.99 for regular items and £3.30 small items.  We may upgrade shipping for larger orders or need to send orders 1st class if tracked 48 isn't available.

We offer free shipping (usually Royal Mail Tracked 48hr) on orders over £50.

We have also included the option of collection for any very local orders (Rhynie, Aberdeenshire), this can be arranged by contacting us directly.

As a small business we aim to offer a prompt service for dispatching of items in stock, usually we aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days and if at certain times this is not the case we will get in touch.

Packaging where possible is recycled or reused in order to minimise waste in the world and we package our items carefully so they reach you in best condition, because our emphasis is on reusing and recycling of packaging this is not necessarily plastic free as we feel reusing any we've acquired is better environmentally than buying new plastic free materials.

RETURNS?

We hope you are pleased with your purchase but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase then please get in touch within 14 days of delivery.  Returns need to be in clean unused condition with the original labelling and any packaging intact.  Return postage is at the buyers expense unless the item has been damaged in transit.

WHAT AGE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FOR?

Our toys are tested and certified for 3 years and older,  some items are small and classed as a choking hazard to younger children, this also applies to larger figures should they break or have protruding parts.  The level of detailing and type of figures we make are more suitable for this age group and older.

HOW DO I CARE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our products should not be submerged or soaked in water and should be wipe cleaned with a soft lint free damp cloth.

Like any wooden product after a period of time it will get worn.  You can look after your figures by reapplying a clear coat child safe wax or other EN71-3 certified suitable finish periodically to help protect it longer.

Do not let your child play with the item if it has become damaged or broken.  Wooden toys can usually easily be repaired at home using child safe products if safe to do so.
